Margaret Blackie, PhD, is a professor of organic chemistry and a chemist at Stellenbosch University. She worked at Loyola Hall Jesuit Spirituality Centre in the UK from 2003–2006. Since returning to Cape Town, South Africa, she has continued to lead spiritual direction training programs, offer structured quiet days, and present on spirituality. Blackie was a workshop presenter at the 2014 SDI Emerging Wisdom conference in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.

Pegge Erkeneff is the editor of SDI’s Listen: A Seekers Resource for Spiritual Direction, as well as the media reviews editor. In Listen, she answers questions about how to find a spiritual director, step-by-step.
